Hello,
I am wanting to purchase a Pet Immune Wireless Home Security System. My house has 22 Casement windows, (The type that operates via an inside handle), and 1 slider window. Will the wireless sensors work on Casement windows? (Because the window screens are mounted on the inside of the window frames. Which I assume is the same location that the window sensor needs to be. Also, The window frame closes up against the main window frame. So, I wonder if that may be a problem with the window sensor mounting?)
Also, My house has 3 exterior doors. Can you recommend the best "Pet Immune Wireless House Alarm" with at least 2 motion sensors, & at least 2 key chain "Keyfobs" for what I have described?
Thank you,
Tim.

WE purchased an AAS security system from Amazon. The silver box which is the control box whill not power up. Our unit was a AAS 600 Wireless Home Security Alarm System Kit DIY (R)
it did not have window and door chimes so you were kind enough to mail us a silver box which did have them, but it will not power up. Could you please send us a new one? I will be happy to return the broken one.

Thinking about purchasing the AAS V500 wireless security system. Would the system be compatible to VOIP (Vonage)? Can security cameras be incorporated into this system. Thanks.

Hi, I'm looking to purchase an alarm system for my home and found your systems on Amazon. The one thing I haven't been able to figure out is the difference between the systems with a "V" in their name and the ones without. For example the AAS-V500 vs the AAS-500. It looks like style of the main unit is different but is it just the appearance or is there a difference in functionality or operation as well?

I am rather interested in your AAS 300 wireless security system, but I am finding your site and technical information absolutely atrocious!

Just as an example, I was comparing the AAS 300 to the AAS 600. The description of both systems is absolutely identical! The only difference is the picture of the product! Do you expect me to carefully examine a small, low quality picture and pick out what items are provided, and what each does? That's ludicrous! At the very lease you need to specifically state what components are included in each kit!

And speaking of components, some more information on them would be much appreciated! I presume that the motion sensors and door and window sensors are all battery operated? What type of batteries do they take? And with what frequency do they need to be replaced? Is there any sort of “low battery” warning?

What about remote control of the system via telephone? If the alarm goes off and I’m 200 miles away, can I silence it or reset it over the phone? Will it automatically shut down after a set period of time? If so, is it hard wired or adjustable? I don’t think my neighbors will be pleased if I’m gone for the weekend and a false alarm (or even an actual burglary attempt) sets off the system… and they have to listen to it wail for the next few days!

Also, where can I purchase individual components? Door and window sensors? More motion sensors? Will a Skylink motion sensor work with a AAS 300 system? Are all of these components interchangeable? I can find the basic kits and some accessories on Amazon for example, but not more basic motion sensors or sirens and such.

I’m sure you have answers to all of these questions, and I will be quite interested to hear them. But they’re also the sorts of questions you should already have answers to on your site! Some of them are really basic technical data! Even after a fairly thorough search, I can’t find ANYPLACE that gives significant details showing the differences between the various models and kits!

I think your product may be quite useful, and may suit my needs. But your marketing and communications are absolutely atrocious. As a potential customer, I strongly urge you to improve both! I do not even see a “contact us” link or e-mail address on your site here (and like many others, I prefer to send an e-mail than use a comment box of this sort to contact a company.)

You can find all of the genuine AAS alarm systems here at the home of AAS wireless alarm systems. These systems have been designed and manufactured by American Bulldog Alarms also known as AAS Alarm Systems and they are trademarked by the US Patent & Trademark Commission
